| The Fairway label is primarily used on high volume commodity products and covers a large number of product groups such as, Chips, Vegetables, and Bread products. The quality of Fairway Label products aims to be as good as the market leader in any product sector. All Fairway Label products and niche labels (registered by Fairway) are benchmarked versus other manufactures and competitors products on a regular basis to ensure the quality is consistent with agreed standards. | ||||

| Easy Tiger is our Asian and Oriental product brand. The Dim Sum products are sourced from our Asian manufacturer and are produced by hand and are Halal approved. Added to this range in January 2010 are three curries:- Chicken Korma, Chicken Tikka Masala and Vegetable Balti. More products will be developed and added in the near future. | ||||

| The 'Classics' label is used in conjunction with bespoke recipes unique to Fairway which have been carefully developed with leading manufacturers to guarantee high levels of consistent quality to rival market leaders in that specific product sector. Products that qualify to be under the 'Classics' label are the old school favourites that appear on any caterers menu boards. Examples are: Shepherds Pie, Lasagne, Wholetail Scampi, Bramley Apple Pie and Lemon Meringue Pie. |

| The Decadine brand is a range of superior quality desserts with an emphasis on quality ingredients. For example our pastry based products are produced using a full butter pastry where in normal high volume manufacturing Lard or Margarine might be used. | ||||

| This is a very successful and growing brand with all Fairway members. The brand was initially introduced on a small range of French Part Baked bread, Demi Baguettes, Petit Pain, Mini French, Large Baguette etc. Over the years we have introduce other successful bread products such as Ciabatta, Bakers Collection and Pannini. We are continually searching to introduce other new and innovative bread products. | ||||
