Choose from the Lemon & Raspberry Frangipane with a buttery shortbread base, Salted Caramel & Chocolate Cake with chocolate sponges and salted caramel buttercream, and Cookie Dough Cake featuring vanilla sponge, cookie dough, and chocolate ganache.
These frozen cakes, pre-sliced into 16 portions, are easy to handle and manage. Caterers can thaw slices or put the whole cake under a dome for up to a week.
