Our Fairway Excellence Gin Glazed Tarte au Citron is a hand crowned, shortcrust pastry case filled with a zesty and creamy Sicilian Lemon curd.
The sweet, crisp pastry and zesty lemon is then finished off with a sticky mirror glaze which is laced with Lemon Grove Gin. The gin is a delicious, traditionally handcrafted gin, infused with luscious lemons leading to zesty, citrus notes and a delicate smooth finish.
