Directions for Use
Preheat 2-3 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. Cook sausages on medium heat for 15-17 mins, turning occasionally.
Preheat grill on medium heat. Place sausages on a wire rack of a grill pan and cook for 15-17 mins, turning occasionally.
Deep fry in hot oil at 180°C for 7-8 minutes
Oven Bake :
Preheat Oven to 180 ° C/Gas Mark 5. Cook for 12-14 mins turning halfway through cooking.
