Description

Our Glacé cherries are produced using a Prunus Aviun variety that are de-stoned and candied in sugar syrup. Candied fruit or glacé fruit, has existed since the 14th century and is a way of preserving and protecting the fruit. The heated sugar syrup absorbs the moisture from the fruit to preserve it.
