Description
Skinless and boneless formed MSC Haddock with a breaded coating, larger portion of Haddock ideal for serving with new potatoes and seasonal vegetables. We are actively supportive of the Marine Stewardship Council fisheries certification programme and our involvement in their Chain of Custody scheme.

Directions for Use
Cooking Guidelines: Cook From Frozen : Always ensure the product core temperature reaches 72°C. Deep Fry: Deep fry in hot oil at 180°C for approximately 6-7 minutes.
Oven Bake at 220°C/Gas Mark 7 for approximately 15 minutes. Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout.
Storage Instructions
Store frozen at -18°C. or below. Do not refreeze once defrosted
