Lemon Filling (50%): Water, sugar, EGG yolk, shortening (palm oil, rapeseed oil), modified maize starch, dextrose, concentrated lemon juice (3.5%), stabilisers (agar, locust bean gum), lemon flavouring, natural colour (curcumin). Meringue Topping (27%): Sugar, reconstituted EGG white (water, EGG white powder), water, stabiliser blend (EGG white powder, modified maize starch, acidity regulator (citric acid), stabiliser (cellulose gum), sugar), modified maize starch. Pastry (23%): WHEAT flour (WHEAT flour, calcium, niacin, iron, thiamine), shortening (palm oil, rapeseed oil), sugar, margarine (palm oil, rapeseed oil, water, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), natural flavouring), water, salt, natural colours (curcumin, annatto).

Directions for Use

Defrost prior to serving then keep refrigerated and use within 48hrs.

DEFROSTING: Remove from packaging and defrost under refrigeration for: Whole Pie - 12hrs; Portion - 85mins.

Storage Instructions

Store at -18°C. Do not refreeze after thawing.
