First Choice opened its Cash & Carry in Burton upon Trent in 1980 serving local businesses and its own retail estate.

Delivering to our own stores soon showed that a delivery service would be a valuable service to offer other retailers allowing them to save money by staying in their shops and not spending hours every week at the Cash & Carry.

In 1988 the Delivered Wholesale department was formed and since that time we have grown to become the midlands leading independent Delivered Wholesaler. We have also gained considerable experience in meeting the needs of caterers and the licenced trade.
