Tart Au Chocolate
A short butter pastry filled with fine dark Belgian chocolate made with
70% cocoa solids for a rich chocolate truffle experience, individually
dusted by hand with fine white sugar for a patisserie finish. Pre portioned
into 12 generous slices, portions can easily be taken out individually,
defrosting in approx 40 minutes at chilled. For a real treat serve with fresh
strawberries and a dollop of clotted cream.

Directions for Use
Defrost prior to serving.
Remove all packaging and defrost under refrigeration (8°C or below) for approximately 4 hours.
Keep refrigerated once defrosted.
Use within 48 hours of defrost.
Do not re-freeze, once defrosted.
