An orange-soaked sponge, filled with a gooey orange jelly and coated in a shiny dark Belgian chocolate ganache,
finished with orange and chocolate icing stripes. Tastes just like a ‘Jaffa Cake’!
It was developed to meet the resurgence of retro desserts and made to higher standards with quality ingredients.
